Packaging 9/10: Majority of primers nowadays come in two forms - potted or squeeze tube. Although I definitely prefer squeeze tube over potted, I'd prefer a pump. For me, pumps are easier in general because you can control the amount of product coming out and I feel like I can actually use majority of the product. When it comes to having a squeeze tube, I feel like the product gets pushed in every direction that using all of it, just is not a reality. I think if I wanted to use up every bit of it, I would have to end up cutting the top open and look inside the actual tube to get product out.
Product 7.5/10: I like how it's lightly tinted because it gets rid of some of the discoloration areas I have on my face. The product itself isn't anything luxurious and fancy feeling. It's pretty simple and standard. If I'm paying $30 for this product, I'd want something that give some extra.
Smell 10/10: If you like fragrance-free products, than this one is for you. I honestly do not smell anything coming from this product and even when I'm applying it, I smell nothing.
Texture/Feel 10/10: I love the way this feels when I'm applying it. I don't feel that silicon feeling on my face when it dries and when it is dried and it's worked in, it feels like there's nothing on my face.
Performance 8/10: Originally I tried this product in combination with my Revlon Color Stay Whipped Foundation and I would also use my moisturizer. Throughout the day, I would notice my face become a lot greasier faster. After about 3 hours of application my face would be an oily mess - and it would continue throughout the day. I gave it a shot of 4 days until I stopped using it. For the past month and a half I've been using it in combination with my same moisturizer, but with a lighter foundation. I use my Pond's BB Cream instead. Although I do notice that I'm a tad greasier throughout the day, it's usually after 9 hours of wear, which in my point of view isn't bad. I can deal with it and I don't usually need my makeup to last that long in the first place. Does it live up to it's name? Somewhat. I do notice that my pores look smaller and less noticeable, but it doesn't hide some of my bigger pores that are around my cheek area.
Results 8/10: This product does it's job and I really love the matte finish it give my makeup. Although it makes me slightly oily, it's nothing that I can't deal with and even sometimes it give my face that dewy appearance which I sometimes do enjoy.
Overall: B
It's a decent primer that does minimize my pores and leaves a matte finish. I love the fact that when it dries, I don't feel any silicone texture on my face and it feels like my own skin. The thing that makes me not want to give this product an A is that I feel like there are some cheaper alternatives that could do the same thing.
